Terms of Service

1. Photography Services
Biwan Imaji provides professional photography services including but not limited to wedding photography, family portraits, commercial photography, and event documentation. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the photography session date. All payments are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled session.
3. Image Rights and Usage
Biwan Imaji retains copyright to all images created during photography sessions. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
4. Delivery and Timeline
Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the photography session via secure online gallery. Rush delivery is available for additional fee. Raw, unedited images are not provided to clients.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to forfeiture of deposit. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Limitation of Liability
Biwan Imaji's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session or image delivery.
